You have to wait for your appointment, but I've never had any bad experiences so far.

I know other places you have to wait longer for an appointment.

My son waited for 1 hour 30 minutes to be taken for an appointment recently.

Everybody is so nice. The first time we came in at 8am and we had to wait 2 hours, so I thought they would be better staggering appointments, but we know you need to wait your turn.
