"caller was convinced I had a bunion"

About: Bridgnorth Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Caller said she was calling to make an appointment for my bunion. I do not have a bunion but could not convince the caller. Fortunately the surgeon I saw does osteoarthritis as well so I at least saw the correct person.

It appears from you post that the appointment was offered to you by Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS), a service provided by Telford Clinical Commissioning Group. Therefore, we will not be in a position to comment on this issue from Shropshire Community Trust as the service is not offered by us.
