About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I attended PRH Telford to have a heart scan and a monitor fitted. During the scan the technician was pleasant, reassuring and attentive, when finished she explained what would happen next.

My monitor was fitted without fuss and I was given clear instructions as to how and where to return the monitor as the department is not manned at weekends.

The overall experience went smoothly and I have no complaints. Just waiting on my results.
