c5 needs an overall of staff with a better attitude toward patients and family, that can speak english, and care for there patients

Anything else?

i found c5 a very unhappy place to recover from any illness i am a reletive and was not inmpreesed at all the staff needs lessons on care and understanding if there are two many people on the wards then more quality staff is needed
