I am the first one to complain if I have received a bad product or service so it is only right if I praise the opposite. Last night I had occasion to visit A&E and from reception to triage to treatment I was treated with respect, kindness and happy staff - a refreshing change in our busy society and even more so when you hear he pressures the NHS is put under. I would like like to give extra praise to the nurse practitioner they are a credit to the department
