"Said GP was using A/E to cut corners"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

A trainee doctor told me I never had previous caudia equina even though it is on my records and said that neurosurgeon consultants are entitled to there own opinion. Did not even read the letter GP sent with me and GP also rang A/E and neurosurgeon registrar to say I was coming to A/E. They said they sent email to my GP and spoke to GP on the phone. They never received no e-mail or phone call like they said. My dog got better treatment at a vet. They also said GP was using A/E to cut corners.
