What I liked

I arrived early for my appointment at the dermantology clinic, I was directly by to the correct area by a friendly receptionist, finding the correct department I was seated and seen almost immediatly despite being early. The consultant was friendly and spent time examing and discussing things with me. I then had a mole removed in an adjoining room by a friendly couple of nurses. I was given advice on hwo to care for my wound and some dressings to change it for. Overall an excellent Experience.

What could be improved

Nothing. It was an ideal visit.

Anything else?

My biopsy results came back in a personal letter, hand signed by the consultant which was nice.
