"Unprofessional, a total shambles"

Total lack of communication, left waiting hours for a reply phone call that did not happen, staff did not know procedures or have the relevant information, contradiction from one member of staff to the next. From start to finish this has been the worse experience for patient and family, would definitely recommend folks steer well clear of this hospital. Total shambles
