"i was refered there by my dentist for implant..."

About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

I was refered to Charles Clifford by my dentist ,to be considered for an implant, of my front tooth, when I got there I felt calm because finally I was getting the ball rolling, with something hopefully being done i waited about 3 months for an appointment..,losing one of my front teeth made my depression a lot worse, but finally I started to feel positive that I was going to be seen ,that changed once I was seen by the consultant, the impression I got was that they couldn't wait for me to leave ,everything happened so quick, they told me that my dentist had to complete .some work first, and then once done refer me back,,so for now they have taken me off there list ,while my root canal work is done,i was really upset the way I was handled,i walked away feeling that there was no hope and really down, they new I had a letter from my doctorfrom when I first got there, but the consultant didn't even ask for it for there records, I ended up sending it onto them after I got home, I didn't have a very good experience on my first consultation,my root cananl has been completed and I am waiting for my re-referral I explained in my letter what I felt the first time ,so I will see if I get a better experience the second time I go,if it is the same I will be complaining and taking the matter further .
