"required an urgent Gp appointment"

I phoned my Gp practice for an urgent appoint and was advised that all the appointments for that day had gone. I requested a telephone consultation but this was not guaranteed. I was advised to go to the emergency Gp practice. I went to the emergency Gp practice and waited over 2 hours before bring told they didn't have any doctors. They then contacted my own Gp practice who gave me a telephone consultation.. I was in a lot of pain that day and feel I was messed around by both practices.
