What I liked
Being moved from the Casualty waiting area to a private area quickly.
What could be improved
Being left in a treatment room for half an hour without being seen whilst in agony and needing an examination and diagnosis. If it wasnt for my Partner I would have been left unsupervised for that period.
Anything else?
Poor level of cleanliness.
