On 14th April I had an appointment to go into the Surgicentre for the day to have a Hysteroscopy done whilst under anaesthetic, I checked into reception just befor 7:30am and was greeted by two very friendly receptionists who seemed very happy in there job and welcoming to everyone else that arrived after that. After waiting for a short while we were all collected by a an equally happy and friendly nurse who took us through to the ward and pointed us to the rooms we needed to be in. From then on our care was second to none both before and after the procedure, and although clearly busy every member of staff including the two anesthetists that were there couldn't do enough to make sure I was comfortable, informed and had everything I needed. Chase Farm gets a lot of bad press so it is a pleasure to be able to report something nice. A big Thank You to all concerned. X
