I write to pass on my gratitude to all members of staff who assisted in my Mum's admission to Leicester Royal Infirmary last Thursday evening. From the ambulance crew to A&E staff, radiographers, portering staff and inter serve staff. You were all professional, supportive, caring and efficient.
