In 2014, I visited the RSCH four times - three times for scheduled operations, and once in A&E. Then later in the year, I had twenty three Radiotherapy visits. At all times I was treated with dignity and respect. I was well looked after by very knowledgeable and caring, lovely staff. Personally I cannot fault any part of my visits and treatment. Everything was explained to me before I went, with all the appropriate leaflets given to me to read, with plenty of time to digest and ask questions. My Consultant was excellent! Three of my stays were in the SSSU, and then from A&E I was admitted to Elstead Ward - the care I received there was superb - the nursing staff were very kind to me, the auxilliary staff were all courteous and helfpul - I really cannot compliment them enough. Equally in the Radiology Department, everyone was very caring and explained every step of the way, and were very helpful if I had any questions or concerns.
"Superb treatment and caring staff"
