"Lack of information"

About: Worthing Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a relative),

We have been told by the staff on Chiltington ward that my mother will be moved to Beacon ward as soon as a bed is available. However earlier we were told that she would be moved to either Darlington Court, Salvington Lodge or Zachary Merton for Slow Stream Rehab required since breaking her hip in a fall, but we can find no mention of slow stream rehab in any of the narrative about Beacon Ward. Is this treatment available on Beacon?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and firstly, best wishes to your mother. We will check with the ward sister and ensure you are provided with the information. Jonathan.
