What could be improved

I needed to visit a patient in the Anthony Letchworth Ward in Florence Portal House. I searched the hospital website for a plan of the hospital to show me where the ward was located and where the various public parking areas might be found. I could find no plan or layout of the hospital and I think this is something that you should included on your website. Can this be done please ?

We are sorry that Mr B was unable to find the directions and the site map of the hospital from our website. There is a ‘Directions’ link in the ‘Your care’ box on the homepage of www.wehct.nhs.uk, the Trust website. There is also a downloadable sitemap of The Royal Hampshire County Hospital, called ‘How to find us’, where all the buildings are named and parking spaces are indicated. A site map and ward/area locations document can also be downloaded from the ‘Quick links’ box on the Directions page. I hope this reply will be of help to other visitors to our hospital in Winchester.
