(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. The waiting room was rather warm, especially for people who have learning disabilities. Air conditioning would be beneficial.

Thank you for your comments regarding our staff being welcoming and friendly. Staff always appreciate these.

We recognise the waiting room does get warm especially when it is warm outside. We will pass on your concerns to the Health Centre Manager and the owners of the building who we hope will be resolving the heat issue in the near future.

Unfortunately the problem with the waiting area being too hot is on-going and as yet we have been unable to resolve the issue with the owners of the building and the Health Centre Management. It is hoped a meeting can be arranged in the near future to discuss air-conditioning.
