"appointment dates gynea and surgical"

do i have to chase the dates for my 6week appointment after having total hysterectomy on the 25th march 2015, as no date has come through yet , while i was on ocelot ward (lovely caring staff and consultants)on day 1 after my operation total hysterectomy , the registar was worried about the pain i was in as they upset my hernia during the operation and gave me alot of pain , the registar called the surgical team to come and see me , which they did and sent my for an urgent xray , they came and see me after the xray and said that i need my hernia operated on and they would contact me , but ive heard nothing,iam still in great pain from the hernia , can someone please look into my follow up date for 6 week gynea check up and also chase up clinic appointment for my hernia please . thanks once again for the care and support i received being on ocelot ward for 9 days bed 1
