I was an overseas visitor staying in Windsor last Easter with my child. My child was feeling unwell and used all our medicines brought to UK. We had to visit doctor anyway. Genuinely speaking, we did not mind paying private or public as long as a good doctor who can fix my child's problem if you are parent, you know. My hotel manager suggested us going to another walk-in clinic nearby but the experience was horrible. Then we called our taxi company to return to the hotel but the staff from the taxi company was very good. She recommended us going to Wexham A&E. The receptionist was friendly and amicable, took my travel document and sent my child to the pediatrics straight away. We did not wait for too long (within 30 minutes), my child had already received initial consultation. Subsequently a doctor was free to check my child thoroughly and prescribed some medicine to my boy. The boy said the nurses are very friendly and good looking, more essentially the doctors are very efficient although the water machines were all out of services or broken down. We are now back to our hometown, but still remember to write to show our appreciation. Wish you all good health and good luck.
