"Very unhappy with staff attitude"

I had a face and eye lift at Fawkham Manor Hospital. Unfortunately for me the nursing staff seemed to have a disapproving attitude to my surgery. This lead to pain meds being "forgotten "by one nurse and I was left in great pain. When I questioned another nurse, they said "the other nurse had other things to do" I wrote a letter of complaint, but the reply didn't even address half the issues in my letter. I then wrote again pointing this out but once again no responsibility was taken. Although apparently the nursing staff said they were sorry. For me this was too little, too late.
