"Oustanding care, respect and dignty."

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

My father died in 21.02.2015 after a short stay on Dunston ward. The staff were patient and respectful at all times even after his death. They showed me and my family kindness and compassion at a very difficult time. We were consulted at every stage of my father's treatment when he was no longer able to make these decisions for himself. The dignity shown towards him was impeccable, still using his name when moving him when he was unconscious and even after he passed away and allowing us all as much time with him as we needed. The staff were also very helpful in directing us with what we needed to do after the death. I really can't say a big enough thank you.
