"Unable to get through, tried for week, appalling..."

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Worst customer care, trying for 4 months to find out about appointment for son, no-one answers the phone, either don't care or incompetent. Either way awful service, just hope no -one who is seriously ill want to use this service!!
