"Why the long wait at Queens Romford Hospital when they were'nt busy?"

I woke to my son having blood coming from inside his left ear. I called nhs help line and the doctor said to go to Queens hospital Romford. We arrived and his temperature was taken. We was told to go and sit in the casualty dept. The casualty was empty except for a couple that had been there for 3 hours. I sat there for 2 hours and asked if we had any chance of being seen. Not one other patient came in in the time I was there. I had to leave Queens and go up to King Georges Hospital just so I could find out why blood was coming out of my 3 year old`s ear. I find it totally unacceptable that the service I have been paying into for 25 years can-not even look into a child`s ear. If I find my son has any damage or any Illness from this, I will take legal action against Queens Romford. I understand if the department was busy but it was far from that.
