Was in serious pain and referred to Kingston hospital to extract my RL wisdom tooth all to be told they will have to book an appointment and send a letter to my address. What a load of crap. The surgery was empty of patients but due to the staff who attended to me I could not be seen. What a waste of tax payers money and my pressures time.
