"Administration and front desk staff Rude"

I had visited for a pre-op consultation as I had been referred by my gp. The front desk staff are uninterested and rude I was completely ignored for a good 10 minutes as the person on the desk was fiddling with their mobile phone. The surgeon themselves when I eventually got in was polite and professional I do not have a complaint against the surgeons. It's the admin staff that let this clinic down. An other person had to check the questionnaire I filled in and give me a date this should have been straight forward but they were so negative and rood in their comments and I was glad to leave. In short this hospital is for private patients not nhs as I can only assume this is the reason for there lack of customer service. If I had had to have paid for my treatment I would be looking else where. You don't pay to be treated like scum. Enough said.
