What could be improved

the staff could work more together i went up there with a bad ankle been reffered by my doctor i was exceptionally angry i went up there at 4.00pm and was up there till 12.30

i was exceptionally annoyed that patients who signed in after me where seen before me and other patients in the waiting room. i was very angry that when the doctors and nurses saw they had patients they just sat in their office chatting with cups of teas in hand and laughing. i found this very very unacceptable.

Anything else?

Dont go there for treatment go to the John radcliffe in Oxford
