What I liked

When I accompanied my friend to the Horton General we were visiting Banbury for a wedding as a result we were keen to get home so A&E was the last place we wanted to be.

However, the receptionist and medical staff were efficient but also friendly and caring we could not have asked for better service. Although my friend's injury was minor and the unit was busy she was treated with the utmost care, respect and nothing was too much trouble.

Thanks to all at the Horton for their wonderful services that afternoon.
