(as the patient),

Yet again (this has happened before) the switchboard at Kidderminster Hospital Treatment Centre seemed to have no idea of what extension to put me through to. Eventually (presumably to get rid of me) they put me through to an extension not even in the department I wanted

However, the staff at the department I WAS put through to could not have been more helpful, taking my details, and ringing me back
