About: Tolworth Hospital / Memory clinic

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the memory clinic at Tolworth Hospital last week. I was very worried about the appointment but I was put at ease straight away and everyone was so kind. Every thing was explained to me and I do not need to return to the clinic but it was a very positive experience.

Dear 'Richards'

My name is Victoria and I am the Patient Experience Manager of the Trust. Thank you very much for taking the time to post your positive experience of the Memory Clinic at Tolworth Hospital.

We have consistently received good feedback about the clinic and a Patient Story based on some of the postings is being presented to the Trust Board at its next meeting on 7 May 2014. The story will be available on the Trust website shortly after then.
