"Amazing A&E care from lovely people"

Came to A&E with a pretty nasty knee wound this morning and I am absolutely amazed by the wonderful treatment from start to finish. I was seen and given painkillers within 5 minutes and then went straight through to be seen by a lovely nurse. Went straight from there for x Rays and again was treated in a wonderful manner by an absolutely lovely person. Went for stitching with the same nurse - quick, friendly and I was really put at ease while they stitched me up, gave me a tetanus jab and cleaned me up. I felt compelled to write a review because the royal sometimes gets bad press and my experience today couldn't have been better. Long live the NHS - the a&e staff today demonstrated how wonderful it can actually be and how lucky we are to have such amazing care and all for free.
