"Very disappointed"

An appointment for x-ray 30 minutes before seeing consultant. The car park was complete chaos, double parking everywhere and no-one to help. On arriving at the x-ray department there was no receptionist. They appeared at intervals for a very short time. There were insufficient chairs for the patients and people were standing and sitting on the floor. Not too much dignity there. I had to wait for a long time because the staff had lost my form and was consequently very late to see the consultant. There were nothing like enough facilities for the number of people given appointments. Over the years I have used this hospital a number of times. Three years ago I would have recommended it to anyone. Now I would not recommend it to anyone. Very saddened.
