"Thank you to a and e staff"

I was seen promptly for assessment and then brought into the main area for treatment and diagnosis. All done, from I itial reception, to final discharge, by a succession of caring, compassionate and kind staff. It was obvious that the pace of work was picking up but no one made us feel somehow less than their priority in delivering best available patient care. The hospital gets criticism unfairly but our expectations were hugely exceeded. I am most grateful.
