"couldnt fault it!"

Well, took myself to erith urgent care this morning, receptionist was lovely as was the nurse who checked my vitals, then saw dr. All seemed to communicate, perhaps would have been nice if the dr actually looked and spoke to you instead of the screen, but that doesnt seem like a massive issue and i suppose with such a quick service and turn over its to be expected! Deffo worthy of 5 stars, about 40 mins and i had been checked and was on my way with a prescription, so much more efficient then queen marys! Will visit again if i need to!! :)
