i was sent to Goodmayes in an ambulance after a mental health crisis. I got there at 8pm and was left alone in reception until 10pm no in was was there or asked me if I was ok. Eventually when the doctors came they asked me a million questions and then told me this wasn't the place for me. I told them I felt vulnerable and suicidal and didn't know where to go. It was 12pm on a Friday night and I had no money and felt so scared to leave. Eventually a friend paid for me to come to her. In felt like they just let a really vulnerable person leave in the middle of the night.
