I would like to say that the care given to Mr Charlie Meadows in the final few days of his life, the dignity shown was second to none the treatment given to his family also second to none. Christine was treated with kindness and her comfort taken into consideration whilst she stayed with him, it was a comfort for Stephen who found it very difficult to see his grandad and best friend lying there. Charlie as he liked to be called was a very independent man who took a lot of persuading to leave his home in Kent, but was pleased that he made this decision albeit for a short while as he was with family who cared deeply for him. The five star treatment he received in your small but friendly hospital with staff who should be commended for the way they work tirelessly giving each and every patient the best quality treatment.
