"Admission to Discharge"

About: St Thomas' Hospital (London)

I was admitted to St Thomas's on the 28 March 2015: since then I have been looked after both medically and socially. When I was admitted that's when my healing process started. I have nothing but praise for the entire network of departments which molds into the National Health Service. There was one unfortunate episode though last Sunday, a technician/clinician came to take blood, after extraction of blood the nurse went to put the plaster and cotton wool on where needle was and dropped the cotton wool on the floor and picked it up and put it on to mark where they had taken the blood from! I said something to them about this and they said it's clean! I did report this so hopefully this incedent is been taken care of? I have penned my opinion and I would give the NHS 10 out of 10! Thank you and long long live The National Health Service.
