"badly broken & dislocated ankle"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

After being taken to j.r. on 6th march 2015 by ambulance, the two ambulance staff were fantastic, very friendly, thoughtful & put me at ease immediately. when i arrived was seen by doctor/nurse who manipulated my ankle back, they were an extremely lovely member of staff who deserves recognition! Unfortunately i cant recall their name but left a kiss on their cheek as i left. as for my follow up treatment, all staff are easily worth 5 stars & thank yoy do much for the way l have been treated. Excellent! Mrs m bailey

Thank you very much for your lovely comments, Mrs Bailey. We're glad to hear that the ambulance crew performed the tricky task of putting you at ease, and that the medical team managed to reset your ankle! We hope you're in full recovery now. We will pass your comments on to the team at the J.R.
