"A big thank you"

I spent the afternoon in for day surgery - I was very nervous but needn't have worried. The nurses and theatre staff were so friendly and explained exactly what was going to happen and what I might expect to happen. All my questions were answered. The hospital was very clean and being so small was very peaceful. There were only 2 ladies in so we were put in a separate area which pleased me! I even had a decent cup of tea afterwards. I have to return every year for the next 10 years so it would be lovely to keep the hospital at this standard for the future. I will not feel worried beforehand for next year's visit ! - thanks again.
