"tired, no sleep, and no communication"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I was referred for treatment for psoriasis before Christmas, and now, nearly 4 months later, I still have no idea if I have a prospect of being treated. Meanwhile, my condition is worsening, meaning that I am unable to get sleep, my skin is cracked, sore, and occasionally bleeds. Thankfully, it's nearly summer and I can get a bit of natural phototherapy! I don't mind waiting, but it would be nice to be told how long that wait might be!
