I've just been to the Richardson Clinic and I'd like to thank all the staff for making me feel less terrified than I was when I arrived. One of the staff was particularly wonderful. My only criticism would be the intrusive and irritating radio (1?2?) in the waiting room, which must be bad for the blood pressure.
