What I liked

The commitment& dedication of the nursing staff; the ability of the specialists to communicate with the nursing staff & work around schedule issues, including generator testing.

What could be improved

I experienced nothing worthy of negative comment.

During recovery following an angioplasty I was continuously cared for & under constant observation by an alert & efficient team. They managed to overlap & integrate their various duties seamlessly. At least one went without a lunch break. I had a sense that all members of the team were completely on top of the situation regarding me & others in the ward. There was no time for them to pause for social breaks or minor chit-chat sessions as I understand that there was someone missing due to illness. They were very busy for the whole of my recovery period but I was never lacking attention when needed.

A big thankyou for the sympathy, care & patience displayed by the staff. I feel that it must be quite a challenge to maintain this extremely high standard, so I hope this scribbled pat on the head may offer them some encouragement.
