"Baby isn't well"

Baby isn't well. I was the first one in there and the board said 30 minute wait. After an hour I asked how long it would be to wait as my baby was distressed and crying. I was told it would be one person before my baby then it would be his turn, half an hour and two more people later I again asked how long and alerted her to the board which said 30 minute wait and was given the reply of " oh that needs changing its not 30 mins ". I asked why two more people had gone in as this wasn't what I had been told she replied that's another clinic were there going ive told you you're next. At that point my child couldn't wait anymore, packed with people and what I suspect a child with measles so I left and will be going hospital. I then phoned to complain and was put on hold for 10 mins. Don't take your child to Nutgrove Villa. Chances are you'll waste your time.
