"Upset, scared and threatened"

About: Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust / Liaison psychiatry

(as the patient),

I was dragged here under a apparant 136. From the moment of arriving to the second I was allowed to go was awful. The lack of "care" I was supposed to receive was non existent. Bored staff who couldn't be bothered about you. Having to demand a toilet at least 5 times(it was locked)! Not answering any basic questions. Would not call any family members at all so technically you are missing! No compassion at all. Not surprised people don't trust nhs. The staff I came into contact with seemed to think it was amusing to see somebody upset and scared and threatened you with "the mental health ward" constantly

Worst, traumatic experience of my life. The abuse and neglect I received under pennine care foundation trust has I feel ruined my life. Don't bother with complaints, they deny everything in my experience. They write rubbish on your notes and when you try to get them your refused on the grounds of being mentally unstable! Err hello I was released with no mental health issues. Will never ever deal with this trust.
