What could be improved

Telling patients how to call a nurse from bedside.

Letting patients wait far too long for something to eat and drink after having their op. after asking several times

Monitoring of a catheter bag more often and not letting it overflow

Toilets cleaned more often as very much used in urology wards

Sizes of meals far too small

Anything else?

Basic nursing care needs to be addressed here and was lacking

Would seek other alternatives if I had to go into hospital again
