my partner was discharged from lugg ward in the evening without my knowledge, sent home in hospital pjs. the ambulance crew had to climb in through window to open door. I was at work, and had to find cover for myself when the ambulance staff rang my moblle to say what was happening. I came home to a big bag of medication, and no explanation to why he had been admitted in the 1st place ! No wonder this hospital was in special measures.
