What I liked
My Father in Law had a fall and I accompanied him to the BDH. All the staff were very friendly and attended to his needs with efficiency, professionalism and a caring manner at all times.
What could be improved
There is always room for improvement, but on this occasion the treatment that was given to my Father in law could not be faulted.
Anything else?
Congratulations to all staff for delivering such a high standard of caring.
