"My appointment"

About: Bridgnorth Hospital

(as the patient),

My appointment was in December 2014 for a cataract surgery. I was led to believe after the assessments it would be five to six weeks before I was to be notified of when the operation would be done. As of 17th February 2015 I have had no further information.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comment. I am sorry to hear of your experience and for the delay in responding to your post.

This service is not offered by Shropshire Community Trust but by other providers, for example Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust or others. Though some of our Community Hospitals are used as locations for these appointments, we are not in a position to comment on this issue as the service is not offered by us.

Thank you once again for taking the time and effort to post your feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything I can do to help you.

Best wishes and regards

Soma
