What I liked
The new redevelopment made the hospital a pleasant place to be treated.
They way the students carried out most of the treatment.
What could be improved
Waiting times, particularly in X Ray. However most of that is probably the fault of other patient's turning up late rather than the staff.
Anything else?
I've been a patient at the hospital since I was 2/3. I'm now 17. Started out in Paediatrics before moving onto Orthodontics. The students I've been treated by have always been professional and friendly. The consultants put your mind at ease without being too involved in the student's work.
I've always found the hospital a nice place to be and was actually sad to be told recently that I no longer needed to attend appointments with my Orthodontist.
I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff for their great work and hope they keep it up in the future.
