On arrival at A and E with my grandson, (suspected broken finger), we were met by an extremely pleasant and polite receptionist who took our details. We waited about ten minutes before being seen by a nurse in the minor injury dept. We were sent for an x-ray, and sent back to 'Minors' where the same nurse explained the pictures and made sure we fully understood what was happening. From arrival, about 0850 to departure, 0925, we were treated with nothing but respect and politeness
