"Emergency treatment"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

I had reason to be referred to a consultant by my own GP in an emergency after an extremely bad rash appeared all over my body, in parts infected. I had suffered severe discomfort and itching for two weeks as I had been out of the area. The treatment I received was brilliant; the only "problem" was that the Pharmacy hadn't got the Betnavate C steroid cream that I desperately needed for my limbs and trunk, but the other creams worked within a day. I am still receiving treatment but wanted to say how satisfied I was with being able to see someone so urgently on that day, in what I believe was not a scheduled clinic.
